METAL SIL-CAR snc / METHOD OF TIG WELDING FOR ALLOY MSC 12 SILVER AND MSC A6 GOLD

RECOMENDED METHOD OF TIG WELDING FOR ALLOY MSC 12 SILVER:

  • –  Welding parts clean and free of impurities, alloy non oxidized.
  • –  Welding executed with TIG Hitachi with adjustable pedal power, AMP 60-70 thickness 2 mm ,AMP 125-135 thickness 4 mm, modulating with pedal. Protecting atmosphere in Argon.
  •  Alternating current: high frequency (NB. method also used to weld aluminum).
  • –  Laboratory executed by experienced welder in both vertical and horizontal with good performances (consider that the presence of zinc obstacle a good result).

  •  Alternating current (AC): high frequency (NB. method also used to weld aluminum).
  • –  Laboratory executed by experienced welder in both vertical and horizontal with good performances (consider that the presence of zinc obstacle a good result).
